The comprehensive awakening and mobilization of the Chinese Nation and the national united front of anti-Japan laid the foundation of China＇s victory over Japan in the Sino-Japanese War time. The Communist Party of China played the guid- ing role and was a mainstay in the war. The Kuomintang also played an irreplaceable role in the national war of resistance.The KMT-CPC cooperation played a key role to win the war and lay the foundation for the future development of relations between the KMT.
