摘要
目的通过超声溶剂萃取、GC分离、MS定性的方法,快速分析出半固体工业材料中VOC的主要成分和比例。方法样品经丙酮超声萃取15 min后进样测定,通过内标法定量、样品和标准品特征离子图谱比较定性、峰面积归一法确定各组分的百分含量,未知VOC组分采用NIST谱库比对定性。结果方法检出限为0.04μg/ml^0.23μg/ml,精密度为5.1%~9.2%,回收率为76%~98%;方法可有效地分析出半固体工业材料中VOC的组分和比例,分离效果良好。结论超声溶剂萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术可快速分析半固体工业材料中的主要VOC组分和比例,其分离效果好并能够对未知组分进行快速定性,在职业卫生应急检测中具有积极的作用。
Objective With ultrasonic solvent extraction- gas chromatography isolation- mass spectrometry identification,the main compounds and ratio of VOC in semi- solid industrial materials can be rapidly analyzed. Methods Samples were detected after acetone ultrasonic extraction for 15 min,and then quantified by internal standard method,qualified by compared sample's and standard's characteristic ion chromatogram,the percent content of each component was confirmed by peak area normalization method,unknown VOC components were qualified by compared NIST library. Results The limit of detection was0. 04 μg / ml- 0. 23 μg / ml,precision was 5. 1%- 9. 2%,recovery rate was 76%- 98%; composition and proportion of VOC components in semi- solid industrial materials could be effectively analyzed and separated. The separation effect was satisfying.Conclusion Ultrasonic solvent extraction- GC- MS method can rapidly analyze and effectively separate the VOC components in semi- solid industrial materials,has a positive effect on the emergency detection of occupation health.
