摘要
目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定梭子蟹中铬、锰、钴等10种元素的方法。方法样品采用硝酸-过氧化氢作为消解液、经微波消解后以纯水定容,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品中的铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、砷、锶、镉、汞和铅10种元素,用外标法定量。采用72Ge、115In、209Bi为内标元素。结果本法定量分析呈良好的线性关系,10种元素的线性相关系数均>0.999,方法的检出限为0.000 21 mg/kg^0.008 8 mg/kg,精密度为0.2%~8.9%,加标回收率为82.1%~110.0%,扇贝标准物质和紫菜标准物质的检测结果与参考值相符。结论本法快速、简便、灵敏度高、精密度好、准确度高,各项指标均满足检测要求,适用于梭子蟹等相关食品中10种元素的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultanenous determination of 10 elements in Portunus trituberculatus by microwave digestion- inductively coupled mass spectrometry( ICP- MS). Methods After microwave digestion,samples were digested with nitric acid- hydrogen peroxide,and quantified with pure water,the 10 elements,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,As,Sr,Cd,Hg and Pb,in portunus trituberculatus were determined by ICP- MS with the external standard method for quantification.72 Ge,115In and209 Bi were chosen as internal standard elements. Results The quantification for analysis with this method shows good linearity,the linear correlative coefficient for 10 elements was higher than 0. 999,the detection limits varied from 0. 000 21 mg / kg to0. 008 80 mg / kg,the relative standard deviations were from 0. 2% to 8. 90%,the standard recovery rates were 82. 1% to110. 0%. The determination results of 10 elements in scallop and laver were consistent with the certified values. Conclusion The method is rapid,simple,sensitive,specific and accurate,and all the indexes meet the requirements of elements determination,which is suitable for determining 10 elements in portunus trituberculatus.
