检验前过程对血糖检测结果的影响

Effect of pre-inspection procedure on the detection results of human blood glucose

目的探讨检验前过程(不同放置时间及不同处理方式)对血糖检测结果的影响。方法随机抽取本院门诊与住院患者74例,每例用3种不同的真空采血管(即含Na F抗凝管、含促凝剂血清管、含分离胶血清管)各采集血液2 ml备用,分析全血及血清室温(25℃)下放置不同时间对检测血糖值的影响。结果全血放置2 h、3 h测定结果分别与含Na F抗凝管测定结果进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);促凝管离心血清放置2 h、3 h后测定结果分别与全血放置1 h比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);分离胶管由于凝胶的隔离作用,虽然未分离血清的血糖测定结果与含Na F抗凝管测定结果之间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),但有随时间延长呈下降的趋势。结论为了能得到准确的血糖检测结果,检验前过程诸控制环节中的规范化要求不容忽视。

Objective To explore the effect of pre- inspection procedure（ different storage time and ways of handling） on the detection results of blood glucose. Methods 74 samples were selected randomly from outpatients and inpatients,each of whom was sampled 2 ml whole blood for backup in 3 different vacuum tubes（ Na F tube,coagulant tube and separation gel tube）. The effect of different storage time on the blood glucose detection was analyzed,with whole blood or blood serum in 25 ℃. Results By comparison,there was statistical significance on the difference of the glucose levels between in whole blood detected in Na F tube and whole blood stored within 1 hour and 2 hours（ P〈0. 01）. And the difference between storing in caagulant bube for 2 h and3 h and whole blood for 1 h had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. Due to the effect of isolation of the gel for the separation of rubber hose,and although the difference between the blood glucose detection results and the Na F anticoagulant tubes detection results had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）,it had a tendency to extend the present decline over time. Conclusion In order to get the accurate blood glucose detection results,the standardization in the pre- process control links can not be ignored.
