深圳地区疑似流行性出血热患者SFTSV血清学调查 被引量:4

Serological investigation of SFTS bunyavirus among possible epidemic hemorrhagic fever cases in Shenzhen

摘要 目的了解深圳地区发热伴血小板减少综合征布尼亚病毒(SFTSV)的感染情况和人群特征,以及野鼠感染SFTSV的情况,为防治工作提供依据。方法采用ELISA法对91份疑似流行性出血热(EHF),且出血热Ig M抗体筛查阴性的住院患者样本以及在深圳市梧桐山捕获的64只野鼠进行SFTSV病毒血清学检测,同时应用实时荧光定量PCR法对SFTSV抗体筛查阳性者进行病毒的核酸检测。结果 91例流行性出血热Ig M抗体筛查阴性的患者中,发现5例SFTSV病毒急性感染者(4名男性和1名女性),SFTSV病毒Ig M抗体总阳性率为5.49%。感染者平均年龄为30.6岁,最小的19岁,最大的43岁。发现2例SFTSV病毒Ig G抗体阳性者,其中1例SFTSV病毒Ig M和Ig G抗体同时为阳性。此外,发现64例野鼠中有2例SFTSV病毒Ig G抗体阳性,均为褐家鼠。结论 2010年-2011年深圳地区的疑似流行性出血热住院人群中存在SFTSV急性感染和既往感染者,同时深圳地区褐家鼠存在SFTSV既往感染,应加强对疑似流行性出血热患者以及野鼠的SFTSV病毒的监测工作,进而为深圳地区发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)的防控以及SFTS患者的诊断治疗提供依据。 Objective To investigate the infection status and distribution of SFTS bunyavirus virus infection among possible epidemic hemorrhagic fever( EHF) cases in Shenzhen,and the infection status of field mouse,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of SFTS( severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome). Methods 91 sera samples of possible EHF cases and 64 sera samples of field mice from Wutong mountain in Shenzhen were tested against SFTSV virus antibody by ELISA.SFTSV nucleic acid was detected using fluorescent quantitative RT- PCR in both mice and patients sera samples with SFTSV Ig M or positive Ig G antibody. Results 5 acute infectious cases were found among the 91 negative tested sera samples( 4 male and 1 female),the total positive rate of Ig M antibody against SFTSV was 5. 49% with the average infection age of 30. 6( age distribution from 19- 43). Two cases of positive antibogy against SFTSV. Both Ig M and Ig G antibody against SFTSV were found positive in one of the cases. In addition,2 Ig G antibody against SFTSV were found positive in the 64 filed mice,and both of the two mice were sewer rat. Conclusion Our results demonstrate that there were acute and previous infection cases of SFTSV among possible EHF cases in Shenzhen during 2010- 2011. In addition,sewer rat was found to have the possibility of carrying SFTSV. It is suggested that surveillance of SFTSV infection on possible EHF cases with clinical symptom and wild mice should be strengthened,so as to provide the basis for the prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of SFTS.
