桐乡市一起因本地湖羊引起的布鲁菌病疫情调查 被引量:7

Epidemic investigation and disposal of brucellosis caused by the local lake sheep in Tongxiang

摘要 目的调查处置1例湖羊养殖人员感染布病的疫情,分离和鉴定布鲁菌,确认传染来源,为进一步控制布鲁菌病疫情提供依据。方法以患者所在的湖羊养殖场和全市其他规模羊养殖场从业人员和湖羊为调查对象。无菌采集人和羊的静脉血,分离血清进行虎红平板凝集实验(RBPT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)检测及布鲁菌培养分型;开展流行病学调查,进行疫情处置。结果检测197名羊养殖场从业人员和5 598头湖羊,患者所在羊养殖场70头湖羊布病血清学阳性,并分离到7株羊种3型布鲁菌,与患者体内分离的菌型一致。按规范进行治疗,无害化处置布病阳性羊只。结论患者是因接触本地湖羊感染布病所致,应加强输入动物布病检疫,防止本地湖羊布病疫情的扩散。 Objective To investigat and disposal one case of brucellosis infection on lake sheep raiser,and to isolate and identify Brucella so as to provide the basis for further control brucellosis outbreak. Methods To set lake sheep farms and the raisers as the investigation objects where the epidemic case happened. Venous blood were collected from raisers and sheep and the serum was separated from tiger Bengal plate agglutination test( RBPT),tube agglutination test( SAT) detection and Brucella culture type; epidemiological investigation and disposal of the epidemic were performed. Results A total of 197 sheep farms practitioners and 5 598 lake sheep were detected. 70 sheep from the epidemic cases farm were detected brucellosis serological positive,and isolated 7 strains of breeds of sheep type 3 Brucella,which was consistent with the isolated bacteria in patients. According to standard therapy for treatment of cases,brucellosis- positive sheep were harmlessly disposed. Conclusion Patients are infected due to contacting with local sheep brucellosis,the importation of animal brucellosis quarantine should be strengthened,so as to prevent the spread of the local sheep brucellosis.
