摘要 为了扩展EFP战斗部在新型智能弹药中的应用,设计了一种可成型一个主EFP和周向16个辅EFP的综合效应MEFP装药结构。应用AUTODYN软件研究了药型罩结构参数对这种MEFP战斗部成型效果的影响。结果表明:辅药型罩曲率半径和壁厚对辅EFP的形状和速度影响较大,辅EFP飞散角随辅药型罩倾角的增大而明显减小,合理选取各参数值,可获得动能较大、形状接近球形、飞散角小的辅EFP,从而提高毁伤效能。 In order to expand application of EFP warhead in new intelligent ammunition, a multi-effect MEFP charge structure was de- signed which could form a main EFP and 16 circumferential auxiliary EFP. Numerical simulations using AUTODYN software were carried out to research influence of the parameters of liner on formation of this kind of MEFP warhead. The results show that both curvature radius and thickness of the auxiliary liner have a great influence on shape and velocity of the auxiliary EFP, while radial dispersion of the auxiliary EFP decreases obviously with increase of the auxiliary liner angle. When the parameters of liner are reasonable, the kinetic energy of the auxiliary EFP is larger, the shape is close to spherical, and the damage effectiveness is better.
