摘要
目的通过对一起学校菌痢暴发疫情的调查处置分析,了解疫情暴发的原因和特点,查找传染源和传播方式,为疫情防控提供科学依据和积累处置经验。方法核实诊断,主动搜素病例,调查疫情发生场所一般卫生和学生食宿情况,分析病例分布特征、病因和感染来源等情况。结果共发病40例,全部为4~6年级住校生,住校生罹患率为12.8%,2名患者和1名食堂工人粪便标本检出福氏志贺菌(3C型)。结论该起疫情是由福氏志贺菌引起的菌痢暴发,可能是由食堂工人中的带菌者污染学生使用的餐具而引起。
Objective By analyzing the disposal of a bacillary dysentery outbreak in a school,investigate causes,characteristics,source of infection,and transmission modes of the outbreak,so as to provide scientific basis and accumulate experience for the disposal of epidemic prevention and control. Methods Verfing the diagnosis,actively searching for cases,investigating the general health and accommodation and diet of student in outbreak places were carried out and distribution features,causes and infection source were analyzed. Results 40 confirmed cases were found who were all from grade 4-6 students living on campus,and attack rate was 12. 8%. Shigella bacteria( 3C) had been detected in stool samples from two patients and a canteen worker. Conclusion This was a bacillary dysentery outbreak in a school. The reason might be dinner wares pollution of students by the carrier in canteen workers.
