高校“立德树人”的实现困境及路径探索

Difficult Position Implementation and Path Exploration on “Enhance Morality and Foster Talents”For Colleges

党的十八届三中全会明确"立德树人"是教育的根本任务,充分肯定了在高校加强"立德树人"的重要性。但当下高校评价体系偏颇、高校教师德育水平的差异性、市场经济和社会转型的不利影响、高校德育媒介及工作机制的不足,导致高校"立德树人"工作成效甚微。针对高校"立德树人"的诸种实现困境,拟从完善高校评价体系、狠抓教师师德师风建设、加强道德立法、全面深化教学方式改革以及积极构建实现"立德树人"根本任务的有效机制等方面探索高校"立德树人"的实现路径,使得高校"立德树人"工作真正落到实处。

The Third Plenary Session of Eighteenth Central Committee defines that ＂enhance morality and foster talents＂ is the basic task for education,and this confirms the importance of strengthening ＂enhance morality and foster talents ＂ fully. However,the effectiveness in this point is not enough for colleges and universities as the following causes： unfairness in colleges＇ evaluation system,inconsistency of moral education for colleges＇ teachers,adverse effect caused by market economy and social transformation,shortcoming lead by medium of moral education in colleges and working mechanism. In order to implement the target of ＂enhance morality and foster talents＂,the evaluation system of colleges need to be improved,the construction of moral education for teachers and moral legislation need to be strengthened,at the same time,teaching method need to be reformed and the effect mechanism for ＂enhance morality and foster talents＂need to be set up quickly. All these measures above could promote the implement of ＂enhance morality and foster talents＂to a great extent.
