"一带一路"战略以和平友好、团结互信、平等互利、包容互鉴、惠人达己为价值追求,既是对"古丝绸之路"精神的传承和弘扬,也是新中国成立以来我国和平共处五项原则外交理念的时代体现。"一带一路"战略价值的实现,需要提升国家软实力,增强"一带一路"战略的吸引力;加强文化交流,加强"一带一路"沿线各国人民之间的了解和互信;加强生态环境保护合作,促进区域经济发展的和谐性与可持续性。

＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy pursues the values of peace, friendship, solidarity and mutual trust, equality and mutual benefit, mutual tolerance, and people benefit and up to oneself.It inherits and carries forward the spirit of the ＂Ancient Silk Road＂ and also embodies the diplomatic philosophy of the five principles of peaceful Coexistence. To achieve the ＂One Belt One Road ＂strategic value, we should improve the national soft strength, to enhance the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy attraction and to strengthen cultural exchanges. To enhance the mutual understanding and trust among the peoples of the world along the road, we need to strengthen the protection of the ecological environment cooperation and to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of regional economy.
