科技型企业知识产权证券化融资的困境及调适

Dilemma and Debugging on Intellectual Property Securitization of Science and Technology Enterprises

21世纪以知识经济的繁荣为特点,知识经济时代的到来使得知识产权在国家经济发展中的作用和地位日益重要。知识产权证券化作为科技型企业的主要融资方式,在解决企业资金难问题的同时,可以提高知识产权的利用率,实现科技型企业自身的价值。文章借鉴美日两国的知识产权证券化模式,结合我国国情,总结我国知识产权科技型企业证券化目前存在的问题,从企业自身和外部环境两个大方向提出完善措施,从而为科技型企业利用知识产权证券化融资扫除障碍。

With the coming of knowledge economy era,the most prominent feature is knowledge-based economic prosperity in the 21 stCentury,and the status of intellectual property plays an increasingly important role in the development of national economy. Scientific and technology enterprises,whose main financing method is securitization of intellectual property,which can not only solve the enterprise financial difficulties,but also improve the utilization of intellectual property,and can implement their own value. Referencing American and Japan＇s intellectual property securitization mode,combining the national conditions of our country,summarizing the existing problems of technology enterprises,the thesis puts forward the improvement measures from the enterprise itself and the external environment,thus to remove the obstacles in the use of intellectual property securitization for science and technology enterprises.
