重庆农民工城市融入进程中的文化冲突调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Cultural Conflict in the Process of the Migrant Workers into Chongqing City

从2010年8月起,重庆户籍制度改革在全市范围内正式施行,预计10年实现重庆1 000万农民工转户进城。农民工融入城市社会,不仅是空间上的流动,更是现代意义上的"文化移民"。在这一过程中,具有不同文化心理、价值观念以及行为方式的群体接触、碰撞,必然会引起自身的不适应和彼此的不认同,甚至引发外在的激烈冲突。这种文化冲突以及由此引发的社会冲突,尽管具有推动城市发展、促进群体进步以及充当"社会安全阀"等正功能,但它破坏社会秩序、伤害群体心理等负功能,弱化了城市的凝聚力和创造力,严重妨碍了城市精神的培养。对此,必须统筹规划、多方努力、协同推进,使尊重农民工、公平对待农民工、让农民工共享经济社会发展成果成为全社会的自觉行动。

From August 2010 onwards,reform of the household registration system in Chongqing was officially implemented within the city,is expected to transfer 10 million farmers to workers in Chongqing. Migrant workers transferring into the city society not only is the flow in space as well as the modern sense of ＂cultural immigrants＂. In this process,the different cultural psychology,values and behaviors of the group＇s contact,collision will inevitably cause the migrant workers not adapted,and even lead to fierce external conflict. The cultural conflict and the consequent social conflict,although with the promotion of urban development,to promote the progress of the group and act as＂social safety valve＂and other functions,but it destroys social order,negative injury group psychological function,weakening the cohesion and creativity of the city,a serious impediment to the cultivation of the spirit of the city. Therefore,we must co-ordinate the planning,various efforts to promote collaboration,make respect for migrant workers,the fair treatment of migrant workers,for migrant workers to share the fruits of economic and social development has become the conscious action of the whole society.
