临床诊疗模式:医患合作式更合适还是医生主导(家长式)更合适

The Doctor Patient Cooperation more Appropriate or Cooperative Physicians Led(Paternalistic) more Appropriate

目前医患关系分为:(1)主动—被动型,医生是绝对权威;(2)指导—合作型,医生仍占有主导地位;(3)共同参与型,医患双方共同制定并积极实施医疗方案。本文从医疗现状(医疗风险、误诊误治、行政管理),医患关系(医患联盟、医生的防御、患者的防御)多视角分析,强调提倡医患合作模式的必然性,以防患于未然,缓解医患矛盾,建立整体医学模式。

At present the doctor‐patient relationship is divided into （1） active‐passive .The doctor is the absolute authority ;（2） guide ,cooperative .The doctor is still dominant;（3） The common participated .Both of the doctors and the patients make joint and actively implement the medical plan .In this paper ,from the health status （medical risks ,their errors , administrative） .The doctor‐patient relationship （doctor‐patient alliance ,the doctor＇s defense ,defense） in patients with multiple perspectives analysis ,emphasizes the inevitability of doctor‐patient cooperation mode ,in order to prevent and alleviate the doctor‐patient conflicts ,establish the overall medical model .
