miRNAs在膀胱癌诊治中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 微小核糖核酸(microRNAs ,miRNAs)大小约19个-25个核苷酸,作为一类内源性非编码单链小分子RNA ,普遍存在于动物、植物以及病毒中,它本身不编码蛋白,但在生命活动中具有重要作用。它在转录后通过调控位点基因的翻译表达,起到原癌基因或者抑癌基因作用,参与一系列生物学过程。大量研究发现,miRNAs 与人类多种肿瘤有明显相关性。本文简述了miRNAs的生物学特点及检测手段,并对miRNAs在膀胱癌中的诊断与治疗的应用进展进行分析,展望未来,希望对miRNAs不断探索有助于指导临床诊疗。 Small noncoding RNAs that are 19 - 25 nucleotides long ,known as miRNAs (microRNAs) ,are involved in almost all plants ,virus and animals .MiRNAs which are transcripted from DNAs but not translated into proteins ,play versatile important physiological roles in organisms .Through the regulation of the expression of target genes ,miRNAs play roles of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes ,taking part in various of physiological and pathological processes of eukaryote .Recently ,a lot of studies have found that there are obvious correlations between miRNAs and tumors .This paper illustrates the biological characteristics and detecting technology of miRNAs ,analyzes the application of miRNAs in the diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer ,hoping that scholars'researches on miRNAs can help guiding clinical treatment .
