摘要
随着互联网科技的高速发展,我国中小企业迎来发展的新契机,但同时也面临严峻的考验,如何应对当今的电子商务浪潮是中小企业"生存还是死亡"的选择,同时也是分水岭,本文旨在帮助中小企业分析当前情况,结合目前的市场状况提出合理化建议,以期为中小企业在电子商务中如何展开管理和营销提供思路。
With the rapid development of internet technology,there is not only a new opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprise in our country,but also there is a severe test for us to face,how to deal with the current tide of electronic commerce is the choice of "to be or not to be"for small and medium-sized enterprises,meanwhile it's also a watershed. The purpose of this paper is to help small and medium-sized enterprise analyze the current situation,put forward reasonable suggestions according to the current market conditions,in order to provide ideas on how to carry out management and marketing for small and medium-sized enterprises under electronic commerce.
