校企合作的汽车人才培养实践与思考

Practice and Consideration on the Cultivation of Automobile Talents under the Cooperation between University and Enterprise

以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,工学结合,校企合作办学,是职业教育发展的方向。本文探讨了校企合作对汽车企业、院校、经销商和学生的意义,提出了人才培养中具体的实践措施,并对人才培养过程中出现的问题进行了思考。

For the purpose of service,with the employment as guidance,combining study with work and cooperation between university and enterprise that is the direction for the development of vocational education. This paper discusses the significance of cooperation between university and enterprise for the automobile enterprises,universities,franchisers and students,puts forward the specific measures in the practice of talents cultivation,and considers the problems appeared in the process of talents cultivation.
