具备高水平的"双师型"教师队伍是我国高等职业教育深化改革和持续发展的基本前提。在辨析"双师型"概念的基础上,从多个角度分析"双师型"师资队伍建设过程中政府、学校和企业各自应采取的措施,探索各方面相互协作、建设"双师型"师资队伍的途径和方法。

Having ＂double-quality teacher ＂teaching staff with a high standard is the basic premise to deepen reform and sustain development in higher vocational education in China. After discussing the definition of ＂double-quality teacher＂,from multiple perspectives it analyzes the measures that government,schools and companies should take during the construction of teaching staff,explores that various aspects should work together and construct ways and methods of the construction of ＂double-quality teacher＂teaching staff.
