大学生个性化培养模式探析

Analysis on the Mode of Individualized Cultivation for College Students

个性化教育是致力于学生全面发展基础上的个性化培育,是高等学校推进教育教学改革、提高人才培养质量的重要举措。本文针对个性化教育实施过程中的种种痼疾,探索构建以动态数据库为核心,以全员育人为保障,以校园文化平台为支撑,以科学的评价机制为驱动力的个性化人才培养模式,使以学生为中心的教育理念真正落地。

The individualized education is the personal cultivation which devotes to the students＇ comprehensive development. It is an important measure to improve the education reform and improve the quality of the talents cultivation in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the problems that happened during the implementation process of individualized education,explores the talents cultivation mode which regards the construction of dynamic database as the core,with full education as the guarantee,with scientific evaluation mechanism as the driving force,in order to make the student- centered education concept effective.
