Research on the Collaborative Innovative Mechanism between College Students Party Organization and Construction of Research Team

本文运用思想政治教育、社会学等理论,分析高校学生党组织与科研团队建设协同创新动因,通过对惠州学院学生进行问卷调查,探讨学生党组织与科研团队建设协同创新现状及成因,从实现目标协同、实现思想文化协同、实现工作方式协同等三方面构建学生党组织与科研团队建设协同创新机制。

Applying the theories in ideological and political education and sociology,this paper analyses the collaborative innovative motivation between college students party organizations and construction of research team,with the questionnaire survey of students in Huizhou University,discusses the present situation and causes of the collaborative innovation between college students party organizations and construction of research team,from the three perspectives of realization of collaborative objectives,realization of the ideological and cultural cooperation and realization of the working method cooperation to construct the collaborative innovative mechanism between college students Party organization and construction of research team.
