Problems and Measures of the Specialty Construction in Local Application-oriented Universities

本文阐释了应用型本科专业建设的内涵,从师资队伍建设、课程建设、专业定位、专业管理等方面分析了地方应用型本科高校专业建设存在的问题,提出应用型本科专业建设的措施:通过深化课程改革,突出应用型人才培养;强化实践教学,注重学生知识应用能力和创新能力培养;"直接引进"和"双聘双挂",建设"双能型"师资队伍三个方面的措施,尝试对地方应用型本科高校专业建设进行了有益探索。

This article explains the connotation of specialty construction in local application-oriented universities,from the perspective of teaching staff construction,course construction,professional orientation,professional management and so on,analyses the problems of specialty construction in local application-oriented universities,puts forward the measures for the specialty construction in application-oriented universities from the following three aspects; by deepening the curriculum reform,cultivating application-oriented talents; strengthen practice teaching,pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ knowledge application ability and innovative ability; ＂introduce directly＂and ＂double hire double hung＂,constructing ＂double-ability type＂teaching staff,attempting to carry out some beneficial explorations for specialty construction in local application-oriented universities
