The innovation of school management system is the key point if higher vocational education wants to cultivate high quality workers and technical skilled talents that are welcomed by enterprises and employers. This aper analyzes the existing problems of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprise in running schools,and discusses the innovative mechanism of higher vocational colleges in running schools and the establishment of the mechanism which is the permanent and effective cooperation between colleges with enterprise.
