云南农村职业教育发展现状及问题分析

Development Status Quo and Problem Analysis of Vocational Education in Yunnan Rural Areas

农村职业教育在当前农村改革发展中,特别是新型职业农民培育中有着十分重要的地位和作用。本文应用问卷和访谈相结合的研究方式,在了解、分析云南农村职业教育现状和存在问题的基础上,针对调查结果与分析,从加大农村职业教育宣传力度,提高农民接受农村职业教育积极性;改进农村职业教育内容和形式,提高农村职业教育教学质量;增加农村职业教育资金投入;完善农村职业教育体系等方面,提出了加快云南农村职业教育发展的建议。

Vocational education in rural areas plays an very important role during the reform and development in rural areas,especially in cultivating new-type professional farmers. Questionnaire survey and interview are taken as the research methods. Based on the understanding and analysis of the status quo and the problems existed in vocational education in Yunnan rural areas,the suggestions for speeding up the development of vocational education development in Yunnan rural areas are proposed from the following aspects： increasing the propaganda to vocational education in rural areas,raising the enthusiasm of the farmers to receive rural vocational education,improving the contents,forms and the quality of vocational education in rural areas,adding funds to vocational education in rural areas,and perfecting the rural vocational education system.
