摘要
被执行人扩张问题,为执行案件中经常存在的主要争议。对执行当事人追加的范围进行分析界定,促进执行裁定合法、合理。构建民事被执行主体变化程序时,必须遵循限制权力,案外人存在异议时应当通过审判程序解决,最大限度的保障案外人的合法救济权利。
The expension of the person subject of enforcement is a common dispute in the excution. The rights of the person other than involved in the case should be protected.
