从食品安全事件看我国社会法律意识之强化

当前,我国频繁发生的食品安全事件令人反思。特别是在食品安全事件发生后,相关部门往往以行政包揽的方式谋求解决问题的路径,忽视了法治的功能。可以说,食品安全事件所引发的关于立法、执法、守法的思考都应归于法律意识这一核心问题。因此,只有不断强化全社会的法律意识,增强食品生产企业的社会责任感,才能最大程度地推动经济发展和社会进步。

Currently,food safety affairs that occurred frequently in our country are worth being reflected by people.Especially after food safety affairs occur,relevant departments always solve problems in the way of administrative undertaking the whole thing and ignore the function of rule of law.In a manner of speaking,many thoughts such as legislation,law enforcement,law-abiding and so on triggered by food safety affairs can be attributed to legal consciousness.Through consolidating legal consciousness of our country＇s society continually and enhancing countrymen＇s sense of social responsibility,economic development and social progress can be driven to the greatest extent.
