开放大学学习者泛在性文化特征维度探析

摘要 根据开放大学学习者泛在性学习特征,加强远程的学习社会化引导,开放大学学习者学习方式由现代远程教育的性质、特点及培养目标所决定。为实现学习者在新教育态势下的学习方式,对学习者要侧重于在泛在学习背景下学习动机与需求、个性化自主学习、创新学习策略等方面研究,以提高学习者在泛在性碎片化条件下的学习效能,完成学习目标。 According to the universal culture of learners in Open University, the important method is to enhance the social guide for distance learning. Learning method of learners in Open University is decided by the nature, characteristics and training objectives of modern distance education. We must help learners adapt to new learning model. Meanwhile, the study on the learning motivation and requirements, personalized and independent learning and the innovation of learning strategies of learners under the ubiquitous learning background can improve the learning efficiency and achieve learning objectives of learners in the condition of universal fragmentation.
