成人学习者个人特征分析——以内蒙古广播电视大学为例

Analysis of Adult Learners' Personal Characteristics——A Case Study of Inner Mongolia Radio and TV University

远程教育在内蒙古少数民族地区有着广阔的发展空间,是促进教育向大众化、终身化发展的有力武器和必经途径。本文通过对内蒙古广播电视大学2009年春季入学的成人学习者进行分层和重点抽样,开展问卷调查,并利用Excel和SPSS16.0等数据处理软件进行分析,总结出内蒙古地区成人学习者个体特征和状貌,以及少数民族与汉族成人学习者的差异性。发现了内蒙古地区少数民族学习者改变自身学历层次的愿望强烈,但年龄、收入、学习负担等因素对他们的学习产生不少困扰。因此,满足少数民族成人学习者需求,还需要社会及远程教育工作者不断探索。

The distance education has broad development space in minority areas of Inner Mongolia. It is the powerful weapon and necessary way to promote the learner＇s popularization and lifelong development. By investing Inner Mongolia Radio TV University＇s minority distance learners enrolled in Spring, 2009, the author makes a stratification and sampling investigation. This article uses the Excel and SPSS16.0 etc data processing software to do the analysis. Meanwhile, the author summarizes minority learner individual characteristics, and the difference of adult learners between China＇s main and minority nationality.It is found that the minority nationality of Inner Mongolia are eager to change their diploma level, therefore they have many difficulties in their learning because of their age, income and burden. Thus,our society and distance educators need explore to satisfy the requirements of adult learners of the minority nationality region.
