网络科学在外军指挥控制领域应用研究综述

摘要 现代指挥控制系统互联构成了复杂巨网络,致使指挥控制领域内的组织设计、结构分析以及特征描述等问题变得抽象且难于理解。网络科学为分析、描述与解释指挥控制领域内的相关问题提供了有效的理论、方法与技术,在外军指挥控制网络的组织机制、相关特性及其建模方面取得了一定的理论和实践成果,提出为加强网络科学在国内指挥控制领域的应用应设立相应的研究机构、开展前沿研究、重视仿真试验。
