温度光照盐度对小球藻诱变株虾青素积累的调控 被引量:3

摘要 研究了温度、光照和盐度对小球藻积累虾青素的影响。利用正交实验法研究一株诱变小球藻积累虾青素的最优培养条件。温度、光照和盐度均能影响小球藻生长和其细胞内虾青素的积累,最适合小球藻生长的温度为25℃,光照为6 600lux,盐度为零。由单因素和正交实验得知,小球藻的最适生长条件及其积累虾青素的最适条件并不一致,当小球藻在温度为23℃,光照为10 000lux,培养基盐度为0.1mol/L,pH值为6.5,光暗周期为12h:12h的培养箱中培养7天,小球藻细胞积累的虾青素最高,质量分数达2.56mg/g(细胞干重)。 The experiment studied on the regulation of temperature,light and salinity for astaxanthin accumulation of a chlorella's mutagenic strains,and found out the optimal culture conditions by the used of or-thogonal experiment. The most suitable temperature for ehlorella to growth is 25 ℃, the intensity of illumi-nation is 6600 lux,salinity is 0 mol/L. The result shows that temperature,light and salinity can all affectthe growth and intracellular astaxanthin accumulation of Chlorella. By the single factor experiments and or-thogonal experiments,it is known that the optimum growth conditions and optimal culture conditions to ac-cumulate astaxanthin of Chlorella are not consistent,when the temperature is 23 ℃ ,the intensity of illumi-nation is 10000 lux,medium salinity of 0. 1mol/L,pH6.5,12 h12 h light-dark cycle for 7 days in incuba-tor,Chlorella cells accumulate the highest astaxanthin,reach to 2.42 mg/g (dry cell weight).
