摘要
因低水头、流量大特点,贯流式水轮机运行中协联关系失真现象普遍,常使双调节水轮机不能运行在高效区。通过研究调速器的控制策略,即在基于PLC控制系统基础上,在导叶变化的过程中不断调节水轮机桨叶,手动破坏协联,进行定水头、定导叶、变桨叶的方法得到真机协联曲线,使水轮机始终运行在高效区,从而实现真机协联的修改、计算、运行,以提高机组的效率,增加机组运行稳定性,实验效果明显。
In actual operation, tubular combined relationship distortion is very common. On the basis ofPLC control system, using the way of manual to break combined relationship,which can get combined rela-tionship curve of real turbine, and realizing modifying, calculation and operation of combined relationship ofreal turbine through the way of numerical simulation. That could enhance the efficiency of units. It is quiteclear that the unites operation stability will be increased
