摘要 建筑业是国民经济的支柱产业,科学评价建筑企业生产效率,找到提高其竞争力的关键因素具有重要的现实意义。针对多个财务指标间关联度较高、评价结果相近且难以明晰解释的问题,采用了一种将因子分析和DEA-SBM模型相结合的评价方法。首先利用因子分析方法从原始投入和产出指标中提取投入因子和产出因子,然后运用DEA-SBM模型计算效率值,该模型可以实现对所有决策单元的有效排序。结果表明,我国25家建筑业上市公司2012年经营效率水平偏低,财务绩效和技术创新是影响经营效率的关键因素,并提出了相关的政策建议。 The construction industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy, scientific eval-uation of the construction enterprise productivity has the vital practical significance to find the key factorsto improve the competitiveness. Due to a high correlation between the multiple financial indicators,evalua-tion results are similar and difficult to clearly explain; this paper presents an evaluation method for thecombination of factor analysis and DEA-SBM model. Firstly, using the factor analysis method extracted theoriginal input and output indicators as input factors and output factor,then we use the DEA - SBM modelto calculate efficiency valuethis model can sort all decision making units effectively. The results show thatoverall operating efficiency of 25 construction industries in China in 2012 is low financial performance andtechnological innovation are the key factors that influence the operation efficiency, therefore, this paperputs forward some relevant policy suggestions.
