The Application and Practice of QC Group in Enterprise Management

该文结合笔者单位开展QC小组活动实践,阐述了QC小组已从最初的为生产一线或服务一线解决质量问题,延伸到了企业管理的方方面面。QC小组已成为企业解决产品质量问题、改进产品质量,提高管理水平,持续向顾客提供优质产品和优良服务的重要且有效的手段之一。通过QC小组活动的持续开展,对于一个企业深化质量意识、提高工作效益、促进内部沟通、提升企业核心竞争力等都能起到极大的促进作用。

This paper presents the fact that QC group affects every aspects of enterprise management while it served as a solution of quality problems for production line or service line at the beginning.QC group is one of the important and useful measures to solve product quality problems,improve the product quality,raise the quality management level and continuously provide consumers with products and services of high quality.Implementing QC group activities would play a positive role in deepening the awareness of quality,improving economic performance,facilitating communications in the group and enhancing the management and competition level.
