摘要
针对浙江省水利基础数据普查的完成,探讨如何设计浙江省水利基础数据中心和其数据更新机制具有的重要意义。从水利基础数据的分析设计、数据采集和数据更新机制设计、数据汇聚方案编制和数据更新机制体系设计等方面进行了详细论述,同时重点论述了体系设计的核心技术即ELT构架技术。从案例分析可知,本系统应用达到了良好的效果,可以为国内同类系统的设计提供借鉴。
According to the completion of investigation of Zhejiang provincial water conservancy foundation data, there is of great significance to discuss how to design the Zhejiang province water conservancy foundation data center and the data update mechanism. Discusses in detail from the analysis and design, data acquisition and data update mechanism design,water based data aggregation scheme compilation and data update mechanism system design and other aspects, and discusses emphatically the ELT framework technology is the core technology of the system design. From the analysis of the case, the system has an application effect. It provides a reference for the design of the similar systems.
