砂砾料回填在南水北调青兰渡槽工程中应用

摘要 砂砾料具有水稳定性好、压实密度大、沉降量小、节约工期等诸多优点,但是由于天然砂砾料本身的不确定性,施工过程质量控制难度很大,相应的技术指标不是很明确,实际操作问题较多,通过青兰渡槽的砂砾料回填应用,进一步做了砂砾料技术指标应用分析。通过青兰渡槽的应用效果,证明砂砾料回填过程控制的成功经验,促进砂砾料回填技术推广。 Gravel material has many advantages of good water stability, compaction density, small settlement, and save time limit for a project, but because of the uncertainty of the natural gravel material itself, the construction quality process control is very difficult, and the corresponding technical indicators is not very clear, there has many practical problems,through the application of gravel backfill material in Qinglan aqueduct, further analysis of technical indicators about gravel material. Through the application effect, the successful experience of gravel backfill material process control was proved and promoted the technology popularization of gravel backfill material.
