摘要
工程招投标活动是建设工程程序中的重要环节,2000年《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的颁布实施,为规范建筑市场和招标投标活动提供了法律依据。在招投标的过程中,如何选择实力强、信誉好的投标单位,都需要通过评标来实现;因此,制定契合项目实际情况、合理的评标办法是招投标环节中的关键之一。
project bidding activity is a key link in construction process, the promulgation and implementation of The Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Bid Invitation and Bidding in 2000 years has provided a legal basis for standardize the construction market and tender and bid activities. In the process of bidding, how to choose a tenderer with strength and good reputation need to be done by the bid assessment. Therefore, the reasonable evaluation method which agrees with the actual situation of project is one of the key steps in the bidding.
