三元复合胶料配制海洋礁砂高性能混凝土的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用普通硅酸盐水泥、二级优质粉煤灰和GHPC海洋耐蚀掺合料三元复合胶料作胶料,破碎的礁石作粗集料代替石子,礁砂作细集料代替大陆河砂,配制了礁砂高性能海洋混凝土。对三元复合胶料礁砂混凝土的物理力学性能开展了试验研究,并对其高性能化的机理进行了分析与探讨。利用现有材料和技术,通过对岛礁原料进行新的组合,可以使礁砂混凝土高性能化,配制出C30~C50的大流动、免震捣、自密实、耐腐蚀、寿命长的高性能海洋礁砂混凝土。 Using ternary compound rubber of ordinary Portland cement,second - quality fly ash and GHPC marine corrosion resisting admixture as material,broken rocks as coarse aggregate to replace stones,reef sand as fine aggregate to replace continental river sand,the author compounds high performance marine reef sand concrete. The test and research of physical and mechanical properties of the ternary composite rubber reef sand concrete is conducted,and the mechanism of its high performance is analyzed and discussed. Using existing materials and technology, through new combination of reef raw material,can make the reef sand concrete high - performance,and formulate the C30 ~ C50 high performance marine concrete of big flow,jolt ramming free,self - compaction,corrosion resistance and long service life.
