The current situation status of saw-dust bag cultivation on edible mushroom of Taiwan

概述台湾地区菇类人工栽培之发展过程;介绍台湾菇类太空包(袋装)栽培的3种方式:全套自动化环控栽培,环控半自动化栽培,非环控太空包栽培。以杏鲍菇、香菇、黑木耳和灵芝等4种重要菇类为例,较详细说明台湾菇类太空包栽培模式之发展现状。并对灵芝的种类、有效活性成分及其功效的研究进展作了专门论述。

Summary on mushroom culture history in Taiwan over the pass 50 years. Three types of mushroom saw-dust bag culture are descripted.（1） automatic environment-controlled system,（2） semi- automatic environment-controlled system and（3） non- automatic environment-controlled system. The paper also gives four popular mushrooms including Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinula edodes, Auricularia auricula-judae, Ganoderma as the examples to explain the development status of Taiwan saw-dust bag cultivation. And it is devoted to discuss the research progress of Ganodermaspecies, and the efficacy of the active component.
