Implementation of Grid Management of the Environment——An Interpretation of Water Pollution Control Action Plan

随着流域水环境精细化管理的推进,基于控制单元的网格化管理模式已在国家、地方环保工作中得到广泛应用。文章深入剖析了环境网格化管理的重要作用,探索性提出了适应新形势下环境管理需求的网格划分技术体系,以及基于控制单元的网格化管理体系,为推进《水污染防治行动计划》

Along with the advancement of fine management of the water environment, grid management pattern based on control units has been widely used in the national and local environmental protection work. In this study, the important role of grid environmental management is analyzed. Technical system of grid division and grid management system on the basis of control units are proposed in an explorative way to meet the environmental management demands under the new situation, providing reference for promotion of the implementation of the Water Pollution Control Action Plan and improvement of the environmental management levels in China.
