摘要
介绍了稠油废水的来源与性质,提出3种处理技术,即"水解酸化-接触氧化-臭氧催化氧化",出水CODCr为48.6 mg/L,去除率达到86.55%,处理成本为6.03元/m3;"活性焦预吸附-厌氧-固定化微生物BAF-活性焦后吸附",出水CODCr为40.2 mg/L,去除率达到88.97%,处理成本为5.45元/m3;"强化絮凝-活性污泥MBR",出水CODCr为36.8 mg/L,去除率达到82.64%,处理成本为5.76元/m3。第2种工艺处理效率与处理成本略优。
In this research, the source and properties of thickened oil wastewater and three treatment processes are introduced. With regard to the process of “hydrolytic acidification - contact oxidation - catalytic ozonation”, COD of the effluent is 48.6 mg/L,Cr the removal efficiency is 86.55%, and the treatment cost is CNY 6.03/m . With regard to the process of “pre-adsorption with activated coke - anaerobic treatment - immobilized microbe BAF - post-adsorption with activated coke”, COD of the effluent is 40.2 mg/L, theCr 3 removal efficiency is 88.97%, and the treatment cost is CNY 5.45/m . With regard to the process of “intensified flocculation - activated 3 sludge MBR”, COD of the effluent is 36.8 mg/L, the removal efficiency is 82.64%, and the treatment cost is CNY 5.76/m . Therefore,Cr removal efficiency and treatment cost of the second process is better.
