摘要 为有效地避免钢筋质量问题,本文设计的钢筋可溯源管理系统可以提供可靠的钢筋流动信息,供国家质监部门和消费者对钢筋质量进行监控和查询.系统采用RFID无线射频技术进行硬件的开发和软件的设计,将钢筋构件从制造到现场使用的流通过程分为生产、运输、仓储和使用4个阶段,利用RFID专用识别读取设备,对钢筋构件流通过程各个阶段的信息进行读取并上传到云端数据库,生产厂家和使用现场通过计算机调用云端数据库数据能够实时跟踪监控钢筋构件的流通过程,实现钢筋构件的全程可溯源管理.本文论述了该系统实现过程,经验证本系统对于钢筋管理具有很强的实用性、可靠性和安全性,满足了人们对于钢筋管理的迫切需求. In order to effectively avoid steel quality problems, this design of reinforced traceability management system can provide reliable steel flow information for the national quality supervision departments and consumers to monitor and check the quality of steel. The system uses radio frequency technology to develop RFID hardware and software design,the circulation of the reinforced component from manufacturing to field use is divided into production, storage and use of four stages, read device by using RFID special recognition, the various stages of the circulation process of reinforced member information read and uploaded to the cloud database, manufacturers and use the site to the circulation process real-time tracking and monitoring of reinforced members called cloud database data by computer, to achieve full steel component traceability management. This paper discusses the implementation process of core problem of the system, for reinforced management has a very large practicality, reliability and sec urity and meet the urgent needs for reinforcement management.
