坤泰胶囊治疗雷公藤引起类风湿关节炎卵巢早衰的临床观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Kuntai capsule in treating premature ovarian failure with rheumatoid arthritis induced by tripterygium wilfordii

目的:观察坤泰胶囊对雷公藤引起类风湿关节炎(RA)卵巢功能早衰的治疗作用,探讨坤泰胶囊对RA卵巢早衰的治疗疗效和机制。方法:西安市第五医院就诊RA患者服用雷公藤出现卵巢功能异常和早衰患者60例,应用中药坤泰胶囊治疗,观察其疗效及血清性激素水平变化。结果:60例患者经过治疗后,29例治愈占48.33%;26例有效占43.33%;总有效率达91.7%。血清性激素水平变化:60例患者治疗前后比较促卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平明显减低,雌激素(E2)水平明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:中药坤泰胶囊对RA中雷公藤引起的卵巢功能早衰患者治疗效果良好,药物作用机制可能为改善性激素分泌。

Objective：To Observe the therapeutic effect of Kuntai Capsule in treating premature ovarian failure with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）induced by tripterygium wilfordii,to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Kuntai Capsule on premature ovarian failure with RA.Methods：Xi＇an No.5hospital taking Tripterygiumwilfordii appeared and premature aging Chinese medicine Kuntai Capsule,observed the change of serum sex hormone levels and efficacy.Results：60patients after treatment,29 cases were cured accounted for 48.33%;26cases were effective for 43.33%the total effective rate was 91.7%.Changes of serum sex hormone levels after treatment in patients：follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）and luteinizing hormone（LH）were significantly reduced,estrogen（E2）increased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Kuntai Capsule in treating premature ovarian failure with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）induced by tripterygium wilfordii,is good,the mechanism of drug to improvesex hormone secretion.
