芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对脑钠素和血清炎性因子的影响

Clinical efficacy and influence on the brain natriuretic peptide and serum inflammatory factor of Qili qiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效及对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)和血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取76例CHF患者随机分为两组,各38例,均进行常规标准化治疗,而治疗组在同时加用芪苈强心胶囊,观察临床疗效及BNP和血清炎性因子水平。结果:治疗组有效率达93.48%,显著高于对照组;两组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD均较治疗前明显减少,EF、E/A明显增加;治疗组各项指标变化较对照组更为显著;两组治疗后BNP、TNF-α、CRP和IL-6水平均较治疗前明显减少;而治疗组各项指标变化较对照组更为显著。结论:芪苈强心胶囊治疗CHF可明显改善患者心功能,并有效降低BNP和血清炎性因子水平,具有较高的临床应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and influence on brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）and serum inflammatory factor of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of CHF.Methods：76cases of CHF were randomly divided into two groups,38 patients in each group.Two groups were received routine treatment,and the research group were given Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment.The clinical efficacy,BNPand serum inflammatory factor of two groups were observed.Results：The effective rate of research group was 93.48%,significantly higher than the control group.LVEDD and LVESD of two groups after treatment were obviously decreased,while EF and E/A were significantly increased than before treatment;and the change of each index of treatment group than in the control group was more significant.BNP,TNF-alpha,CRP and IL-6levels of two groups after treatment were obviously decreased than before treatment;and the change of the index of treatment group than in the control group was more significant.Conclusion：Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of CHF can improve heart function,and effectively reduce the levels of plasma BNP and serum levels of inflammatory factors,clinical application and high promotion value.
