中药熏洗对湿毒蕴阻型糖尿病足患者血管内皮、炎性因子的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的:探讨中药熏洗对湿毒蕴阻型糖尿病足患者血管内皮、炎性因子的影响。方法:选择糖尿病足患者74例,分为对照组及治疗组,分别有36例、38例。对照组采用温水足浴器行足部熏洗,治疗组采用中药进行熏洗。对治疗后患者ABI、TBI、VPT、血管内皮功能、炎性因子水平进行检测。结果:治疗组治疗后ABI、TBI、VPT较治疗前及对照组均有显著性升高(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后VEGF及NO较治疗前及对照组均有显著性升高(P<0.05),ET-1有显著性下降(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后IL-6、IL-8较治疗前及对照组均有显著性下降(P<0.05),IL-10较治疗前有显著性下降(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗可有效缓解湿毒蕴阻型糖尿病足进展,该过程可通过改善血管内皮功能、降低炎性反应水平来实现。 Objective:To investigate effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for wet poison accumulate resistance patients with diabetic foot on vascular endothelium and inflammatory factor and nursing strategy.Methods:74cases of diabetic foot patients were choosen and divided into control group and observation group,there were 36 cases,38cases respectively.The control group accepted warm water foot bath foot fumigation,observation group accepted traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.After that ABI,TBI,VPT,endothelial function and inflammatory factor levels were tested.Results:TBI,VPT ABI of observation group after treatment than before the treatment and control group were significantly higher(P〈0.05).VEGF and NO of observation group after treatment than before the treatment and control group were significantly higher(P〈0.05),ET-1significantly decreased(P〈0.05).IL-6,IL-8of observation group after treatment than before the treatment and control group significantly decreased(P〈0.05),IL-10 than before treatment significantly decreased(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine fumigation can be effective in relieving wet poison accumulate diabetic foot blocking progress,the process can be achieved through improving vascular endothelial function,reduce the level of inflammatory reaction.
