气相色谱法测定麝香保心丸中冰片和麝香酮的含量

Determinnation of borneol and muscone in Shexiang Baoxin Pills by GC

目的：建立麝香保心丸中冰片和麝香酮的气相色谱测定法。方法：采用气相色谱外标法,Thermo-TG-WAXMS石英毛细管柱;FID检测器,程序升温。结果：冰片、麝香酮的线性范围分别为32.06-513.02μg/mL（r=0.9997）、y=8.1037x-0.7348μg/mL（r=0.9995）,平均回收率分别为98.5%、98.7%。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于麝香保心丸的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the methods for determing borneol and Musk ketone in Shexiang Baoxin Pills.Method：GC（Thermo-TG-WAXMS capillary column;FID as detector）were used,The column temperature was rose by program.Results：A good linearity relationship with the peak areas was exhibited when the sample size of borneol and Musk ketone were in the range of 32.06-513.02μg/mL（r=0.9997）and y=8.1037x-0.7348μg/mL（r=0.9995）respectively,The average rate of recovery was 98.7% and 98.6%.Conclusion：The method is simple、accurate、and highly sensitive and suitable for Shexiang Baoxin Pills.
