摘要
制造执行系统(MES)可有效提升铝型材挤压车间的生产管理水平。结合铝型材挤压工艺,针对挤压车间生产管理存在的问题,提出了挤压车间的MES系统建设目标,设计出一种适用铝型材行业的MES系统架构,阐述了MES系统下的车间作业流程,并对软件功能模块进行了总体设计。对系统的应用情况进行了分析,并对系统发展进行了展望。
Manufacturing Execution System（MES） is an important method to improve management in aluminium profile extrusion workshop. Aimed to the management problems in extrusion workshop and combined aluminum extrusion process, put forward the main goal of building MES for extrusion workshop,designed an architecture for MES,introduced the main workflow and the software functions. It also mentioned the actual applications and future development.
