摘要
通过对生物质电厂高温过热器爆管进行金相分析,发现高温过热器管存在不同程度的晶间腐蚀,而爆漏弯头由于晶粒粗大,加速了晶间腐蚀速率。针对此问题提出了进一步开展防腐试验的建议。
Through the metallographic analysis of the explosive tube,this paper analyzes that the High-Temperature Superheater exists inter-crystalline corrosion on different levels in a biomass power plant,and because of explosive elbow exists grain coarsening, speeds up the rate of inter-crystalline corrosion.This paper has put forward a further suggestion of anticorrosion test to this problem.
