深圳宝安区孕期夫妇红细胞葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏现状情况调查

Shenzhen baoan district pregnancy couple red blood cells lack of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase present situation investigation

目的了解宝安区孕期夫妇红细胞葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏的现状,以便引起社会的重视。方法采用改良红细胞葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶定量比值法测定6574例孕期夫妇抗凝全血中G6PD/6PGD的比值,以比值<1.0判为G6PD缺乏。结果 6574例受检者中G6PD缺乏总检出率为4.80%(311/6475),其中,3192男性受检者中G6PD缺乏检出率为5.51%(176/3192),3382例受检孕妇中G6PD缺乏检出率为3.99%(135/3382),男性G6PD缺乏率高于受检孕妇,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.16,P<0.05),G6PD缺乏男:女为1.30:1(176/135)。结论宝安区孕期夫妇G6PD缺乏有较高的发生率,男性明显高于女性,应引起社会关注。孕期夫妇孕检时应提倡双方G6PD活性筛查,这对优生优育和保健母婴身体健康有着重要的意义。

Objective：To understand the baoan district pregnancy couple of red blood cells glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase（G6PD）lack of status quo,in order to draw the attention of society. Methods：The improved red blood cells glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase quantitative ratio method determination of 6574 cases of pregnancy couple of anticoagulant G6PD/ 6 PGD ratio in the whole blood,with the ratio 1.0 convicted of G6 PD deficiency. Results：6574 cases of client G6 PD lack the overall detection rate was 4.80%（311/6475）,among them,3192 male subjects of G6 PD lack of detection rate was 5.51%（176/3192）,G6 PD in 3382 cases of pregnant women tested was lack of detection rate was 3.99%（135/3382）,G6 PD lack rate is higher than male client to pregnant women,between the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=7.16,P〈0.05）,G6 PD lack of male：female is 1.30：1（176/135）. Conclusion：The baoan district couple G6 PD lack had a higher incidence of pregnancy,men are significantly higher than women,should arouse attention. Couples pregnancy test during pregnancy should be advocated the G6 PD activity screening,the health birth and maternal and child health care has important significance.
