彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断功能失调性子宫出血中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)的诊断价值。方法通过彩色多普勒超声检查评估功能失调性子宫出血患者及正常对照组卵巢内卵泡血流供应并测定卵泡、黄体周边血流频谱收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速比值(S/D)及阻力指数(RI),加以比较并进行统计学分析。结果 (1)无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者卵巢内卵泡周边血流分级较正常对照组低。(2)无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者卵巢内卵泡周边血流频谱S/D及RI值明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义。(3)排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者卵巢内黄体周边血流频谱S/D及RI值明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对功能失调性子宫出血有诊断价值。 Objective:To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods:Assess the ovarian follicular blood supply and determine the peak systolic velocity/ end diastolic velocity(S/D)and resistance index(RI)value of ovarian follicular and lutea blood flow spectrum of the patients and normal contrast groups,thus compare them and carry on statistical analysis. Results:(1)The classification level of ovarian follicular blood flow of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients′ was lower than that in contrast group′s.(2)The S/D and RI value of ovarian follicular blood flow spectrum of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients′ was higher than that in contrast group′s.(3)The S/D and RI value of ovarian luteal blood flow spectrum of ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients′ was higher than that in contrast group′s. Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasonography is valuable to diagnose dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
