摘要
目的了解海口市0-12岁儿童体内维生素D的营养状况,为本地区儿童合理补充维生素D提供科学依据。方法选取0-12岁海口市健康儿童2755例,将其按年龄分婴儿组(〈1岁,共830例)、幼儿组(〉1-3岁,共725例)、学龄前组(〉3-6岁,共515例)、学龄组(〉6-12岁,共685例)。采用罗氏公司cobas e 411化学发光分析仪及配套检测试剂盒检测血清25-(OH)Vit D水平,对结果进行统计分析。结果 2755例儿童25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值为(30.10±11.61)ng/ml。不同年龄组儿童25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值比较,差异无统计学意义。婴儿组缺乏率9.28%,幼儿组缺乏率37.10%,学龄前组缺乏率52.04%,学龄组缺乏率68.03%,两两比较缺乏率,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。婴儿组男、女童25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值比较无差异,但缺乏率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其它各组男女童25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值和缺乏率比较无差异。血清25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值夏〉秋〉春〉冬,但差异无统计学意义。结论海口市0-12岁儿童普遍存在维生素D缺乏或不足。特别是学龄前组(〉3-6岁)和学龄组(〉6-12岁)儿童,应采用有效的措施防治维生素D的缺乏,减少维生素D缺乏对儿童健康的影响。
Objective:Understanding Haikou 0-12 years old children′s nutritional status of vitamin D,for the region will provide a scientific basis for reasonable vitamin D supplements. Methods:From haikou city healthy children aged 0-12 2755 cases,the points infant groups according to age( 〈1 year old,a total of 830 cases),young children group( 〉1-3 years old,a total of 725 cases),the preschool group( 〉3-6 years old,a total of 515 cases),the school group( 〉6-12 years old,a total of 685 cases). Using roche cobas e 411 chemiluminescence analyzer and form a complete set of detection kit to detect serum 25(OH)Vit D levels,the results were analyzed. Results:2755 cases of children′s average of 25-(OH)Vit D concentration(30.10 ± 11.61 ng/ml. Different age groups of children 25-(OH)average Vit D concentration,there was no statistically significant difference. Baby group lack rate 9.28%,children lack rate 37.10%,lack of preschool group rate is 52.04%,school age groups lack rate is 68.03%,the relative lack of two rate,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Male infant group,girls 25(OH)Vit D average concentration is no difference,but the lack of rate difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),and other private 25-(OH)groups in terms of Vit D average concentration and lack of rate is no difference. The average concentration of serum 25(OH)Vit D summer 〉autumn 〉spring〉 winter,but there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion:Haikou city children aged 0-12 widespread vitamin D deficiency or inadequate. Especially group( 〉3-6 years old)of preschool and school-age group( 〉6-12 years old),children should adopt effective measures to prevent and control the lack of vitamin D,reduce the influence of vitamin D deficiency on children′s health.
