和谐型机车关键核心技术自主创新及简统化

Indigenous Innovation and Simplification of core technologies on HX-type Locomotive

和谐型机车在铁路运输中扮演着重要角色,但其引进技术平台较多,并且部分核心技术未转让,导致机车装备的维护成本一直居高不下。为有效降低铁路装备使用及维护成本、提高铁路运输的竞争力,需系统研究和谐机车自主创新和深入推进机车的简统化工作。总结分析近年来我国交流传动机车技术发展、和谐型内电机车技术引进、消化吸收及再创新有关情况,就大功率交流传动和谐型内电机车整车及关键核心技术自主创新和简统化工作进行了梳理并对下一步自主创新及简统化工作的方向提出了建议。

HX-type locomotive plays an important role in our railway transportation.However the introduced technology platforms are diverse and some of the core technologies are not transferred,resulting in the high maintenance cost of the locomotive equipment.To effectively reduce the cost of the railway equipment using and maintenance also improve the competitiveness of the rail transport,there needs to systematically study on Indigenous Innovation and promote the Simplification of HX-type Locomotive.This paper analyzes the recent technology development of AC drive locomotive,the introduction,absorption and re-innovation situation of the HX-Type locomotive as well as the core technology innovation and simplification of HX-type high power AC drive diesel and electrical locomotive.Moreover it gives recommendations for future works of innovation and simplification.
