《移动转售企业与基础电信企业互联业务接口技术要求》作为移动转售企业与基础电信企业互联系列标准之一,为转售企业和基础电信企业开展移动转售业务互联互通工作提供了标准依据。本文针对该行业标准,就移动转售企业与基础电信企业互联业务接口技术进行了说明和解读,为转售企业和基础电信企业开展移动转售业务互联互通工作提供参考。
As the one of the standard series,＂Technical requirements of the interface between mobile virtual network operator and mobile network operator＂is the basis for the interconnection between MVNO and MNO. This paper interprets the technical requirements to provide reference for the MVNO and MNO solve interconnection problems of mobile virtual network service.
